OZONE PHARMACY ZON Purchasing Specialist We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist to join our ozone pharmacy team. To be successful as a Purchasing Specialist, you should have excellent organizational, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. You should also have a bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, accounting or pharmacy field, and at least two years of experience in a similar role. You should be able to work well under pressure with different departments and teams within our organization and with external partners and vendors. Responsibilities: Managing inventory levels and ensuring adequate stock of essential items. Monitoring market trends and product availability to anticipate and avoid supply shortages or disruptions. Evaluating supplier performance and quality and resolving any issues or complaints. Supports in preparing and maintaining purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and other documents related to purchasing activities. Collaborating with pharmacists, cashiers and store stuff to ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures. Conducting market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and products that meet our quality standards and customer needs. Developing and implementing strategies to improve purchasing efficiency and reduce costs.
