ARGAN Riaya WE ARE HIRING HEAD OF OPERATIONS HEALTHCARE RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee and manage various departments including Insurance and Contracts, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, and Subcontractors. Ensure efficient operations and adherence to regulatory requirements. Develop and implement strategies to optimize departmental performance and enhance patient experience. Collaborate with senior management to achieve organizational goals and objectives. REQUIREMENTS • Must be in Kuwait, preferably Bilingual candidate • Extensive experience in healthcare operations management, with a proven track record of success. • Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage multiple departments. • Expertise in handling insurance and contracts, guest relations, housekeeping, and subcontractor management. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
