WE ARE HIRING BUSINESS DEVELOPER/ COMMUNICATOR • Having good knowledge of bulk shipping agencies, freight, and cargo businesses • Promote services to support and generate sales for Bulk shipping (vessel handling) and Cargo forwarding services (land, sea, and air), logistics, and courier. • Identify & pursue new business opportunities in the Agency business (shipping, cargo & forwarding) services industry. • Create & implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. • Analyze market trends & customer needs to develop innovative solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of services to customers. • Prepare & deliver presentations to prospective clients to promote our services. • Market our service to clients by identifying. developing, and managing business opportunities across international and local markets. • Effectively communicate with clients (both oral & written) and maintain regular contact with key clients. • Perform market research to identify new trends and opportunities and learn new tools and technologies. • Maintain an accurate and updated database. SKILLS: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • At least 2-4 years of experience in business development or sales, or logistics • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Salary: 500KD.
