Alessa Implementation Specialist - LIMS • Configure and customize LIMS software to meet client specifications. • Provide comprehensive training to laboratory staff and users to ensure effective LIMS utilization. • Offer ongoing user support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal LIMS performance. • Maintain detailed documentation of LIMS configuration, processes, and user guides. • Utilize knowledge of web services and APls to enhance LIMS integration with 3rd party systems. • Work with reporting tools and SQL programming to extract and analyze data effectively. We Are Hiring • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (BSc / MSc / BEng / MCA). • Strong database knowledge, particularly in MS SQL Server. • Proficiency in web-based development, including Java, JEE architecture, JavaScript, JSP, Php, and DHTML/Web Page development. • Experience with reporting tools and SQL programming. • Knowledge of laboratory instruments and systems integration. • 2-4 years of software domain experience. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in LIMS or LabVantage systems.
