ABDUL RAZZAQ AL-SANE & SONS GROUP WE'RE HIRING Position: IT Application Lead - Plan To Manufacture (Water Business Unit) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES; Direct Reporting to the Group CIO, the IT Applications Lead will be responsible. • Managing and supporting the organization's business applications, with a focus on the Abraaj water bottling factory and SM'T Plastic factory manufacturing and supply chain processes. Requirement gathering, preparing design document, following the implementation with the vendor, testing, and maintaining the applications, as well as providing end-user support and training. •The Applications Lead will work closely with other IT and business teams to ensure that the applications meet the organization's needs and support its strategic objectives. Being Single Point of Contact in the factory for any IT related demand and escalations MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information • 5+ years of experience in application support and management, with a focus on manufacturing and supply chain processes. Strong understanding of business applications, including their configuration and maintenance. • Experience with manufacturing and supply chain modules of ERP systems; SAP or Oracle • Familiarity with application testing and quality assurance. • Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Project management skills. Must possess Leadership & Stakeholder Management skills. •Understanding of 'plan to manufacture' processes such as inventory management, demand forecasting, production planning and execution, quality management, plant maintenance and logistics execution. •ERP experience on MM/PP/QM and PM modules. • Manufacturing Execution System experience is a plus. •Understanding of data management in an ERP environment.
