Apply Now We're hiring! CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. (CSR) OR (CRM) / (LADY) "We are looking for a positive and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kuwait. In this role, you'll be our customers' first point of contact, responsible for delivering a best in class customer support experience. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responding promptly to customer inquiries. - Communicating & coordinating with colleagues as necessary. - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Communicating with customers through various channels. - Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. - Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. - Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. - Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. - Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS: - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices - maintain a professional, positive manner when talking with customers in person, over the CRM system or by phone. - handle customer complaints to preserve customer loyalty. - Arab Nationalities ladies. - Good communication skills (Arabic / English). - Able to join immediately. • Salary: 350KD • FROM SATURDAY TO THURSDAY • CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY. • WORK LOCATION IN KUWAIT CITY.
