Senior Ticket Consultant Handling all customer requests & inquiries for all the services (Ticket, Hotels and Transfers) • Follow up with the bookings time limit, new price. • Have an ability to find the best route with best price. • Review the rates' rules and conditions. • Informed all information regarding travel destinations such as prices, weather, language, currency, etc. • Remove and cancel any cancelled bookings due to the duplicate bookings and time limit to avoid any miss used ADMs. • Keep the clients in touch for any changing with the bookings. • Follow up with the passengers for any pending requests. • Follow up with other departments for any request needed. • Informed and follow up the accounting departments for all details and support needs. • Working as a team in same department. • Resolve any problem that arises regarding the trip for the customer. • Immediate joining. • ARB • Location: Kuwait City. • Transferable visa.
