ALGHANIM HEALTH CARE SINCE 1961 JOB VACANCY Alghanim Healthcare is in need of Medical Representative POSITION SUMMARY: Medical Representative will be responsible for sales marketing and promoting the company's pharmaceutical and medical products. The Medical Representative will be trained to understand and demonstrate afterward the company's products to customers; he will also need to demonstrate the ability to handle customer product questions and objections in a way that is consistent with the sales training methodology. Additionally, it will be expected to execute the selling cycle in a manner that is concise, professional, ethical, and persuasive and which leads the customer to action. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Achieving yearly sales target To cover all target customers and market segments related to the company products portfolio. Tracking orders delivery to Private Market. Monitoring all competitor's activities and identifying market threats against each product. Classify the customers to the Sales Supervisor in order to tailor a promotional plan for each Customer accordingly. To follow up on the end-user feedback concerning company products. More product knowledge to be delivered to the end user. Monitoring stock liquidation expiries control at customer stores. Follow up on company inquiries submitted to the customers, with coordination with SS. Daily report to be submitted to SS, for market visits cycle. Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to ensure the maintenance of the current base as well as the growth of new sales with the medical provider. 12. 13. Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products and services. Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector; 14. 15. Staying informed about the activities of health services in a particular area; Working with team managers to plan how to approach contacts and create effective business plans for making sales in a particular area. 16. Perform other related duties supplementary to the work described herein. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: • University Bachelor's Degree. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of medical representative. • Ability to develop and deliver presentations. • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
