We're HIRING VRF Sales & Marketing Engineer Job Responsibilities: Sales and margin forecast and realization. Responsible for the promotion of DX / VRF products towards their customers. Responsible for high level product and application training to the potential customers and provide Seminars/trainings towards the consultants and decision makers in the commercial and industrial market segments. Discuss with consultants and key accounts their specific projects. Handle enquiries and quotations received both internally within the organization and from external customers. Maintain project pipeline and forecast with regular updates. Work with application team / engineer to provide solutions to consultants / key accounts. Spec in product with key consultants and projects with support from application team. Attend sales training from manufacturer and continuously update on product knowledge. Lead the sales process from Quotation to invoicing stage. Benchmark product and positioning with competition and leverage advantages to win projects. Qualification & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2-5 years of experience preferably in a contracting company in Kuwait or the GCC region. Familiarity with the industry trends and competition. Strong product knowledge: DX/VRF or similar products. Strong relationships at major consulting and contracting firms. Experience in HVAC mainly (DX & VRF). Chillers & airside is a plus. Should have KSE Membership.
