MEP Electrical BIM Modeler • Bachelor engineering in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years' experience in similar roles preferably in MEP Industry. • Responsible for the effective implementation and compliant adoption of BIM standards, processes and protocols at a projects level. • Maintain and enforce BIM documentation and workflow process standards. • Maintain and automate routines in BIM to support standards, quality and productivity. 2. HVAC Sales Representative • Bachelor Degree /Diploma in marketing or any other discipline from a recognized institute with 3+ years' experience in similar roles preferably in MEP Industry. • Should have knowledge in preparing HVAC Maintenance Service Quotations. • Able to do cost pricing for HVAC Maintenance services. • Strong customer service skills. • Strong communication skills. • Bilingual (Arabic & English). 3. VRF Sales & Marketing Engineer • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum 2-5 years of experience preferably in a contracting company in Kuwait or the GCC region. • Familiarity with the industry trends and competition. • Strong product knowledge: DX/VRF or similar products. • Strong relationships at major consulting and contracting firms. • Experience in HVAC mainly DX & VRF).
