WE'RE HIRING Junior Financial Analyst Duties • Assist in financial planning, budgeting, & forecasting processes. • Analyse financial data and prepare reports to support decision-making. • Perform variance analysis and identify trends to provide insights into financial performance. • Assist in developing financial models to evaluate business opportunities and scenarios. • Support the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.) is a must. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Prior internship or work experience in finance or accounting is preferred. • Familiarity with financial analysis software and tools is a plus.
