We are looking for talents with dedicated and exceptional personalities at the position of Chief Engineer. Job Responsibilities Develop and implement the property's business maintenance strategy. Manage al maintonance resources, inclucing communication and action plans. Design and execute preventive maintenance systems for resort assets. Establish and implement maintenance standards and procedures. Build and develop high performing maintenance tears. Possess strong analytical and computer skills. Knowledgeable in budgeting finance, and forecasting. Demonstrate assertiveness, independence, and excellent communication and organizational abilities Negotiate and coordinate with contractors and vendors. Ensure compliance with govemment regulationg, oversee emergency procedures, and handle data management and reporting Minimum Requirements "Candidate should have an engineering degree in electrical, mecharical, plant, and A/C. •Halds certifications in hotel engineering/maintenance, possess pre-opening/restructuring coperience. *Demonstrate a successful history in managing emplayee heath and safety programs, including fire prevention. *8 to10 year work experience in hotel management position *Fluent in English (Arabic speaking would be an advantage) *Strong leadership and managerial stolls. *Experience with pre opening, rearganization, or restructuring of hate properties. *nawledge of health and safety regulations and programs, inducing fire prevention. *Excelent problem solving and technical sidlis. *Budgeting and finandal management capablities.
