HIRING Fire Alarm & Firefighting Manager Job Summary: The Fire alarm & fire fighting Manager will oversee and manage maintenance activities Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting system by providing leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Job Responsibilities: Conduct maintenance of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting system in accordance with industry standards and regulations. Perform inspections and tests to ensure proper functioning of fire alarm systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective fire safety operations. Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues related to fire alarm systems. Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and assess the feasibility of installing fire fighting systems. Develop customized solutions and sales proposals for clients. Present and demonstrate fire fighting system products to clients, highlighting their features and benefits. Provides timely, accurate and complete feedback to the management regarding market, projects, clients, competitors and departmental performance. Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the installation and commissioning of fire fighting systems. Follow up with the team for the invoicing and payments collection Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in fire fighting systems to provide up-to-date information to clients. Prepare and deliver technical training sessions to clients on fire fighting system products and operations. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure the successful execution of fire fighting system projects. Conducts market surveys and competitor analysis as well as targeting potential clients, and expanding the current accounts. Maintain accurate hrjobs@gulfengg.com of sales activities, contracts, and customer interactions for future reference and analysis. Participate in the development and implementation of team objectives in line with the Company policy. Performs other related duties as assigned by the division management. Qualification & Skills: Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 plus years of experience in similar position MEP Industry. Must have KSE Membership and license and first grade classification (Category A OR B) by the Kuwait Fire Force. Knowledge of fire safety codes and regulations. Experience in handling major projects that are similar to projects that Gulf Engineering Company performed. Well conversant with all types of engineered fire fighting systems including foam gas and sprinkler system, and fire alarm system. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to clients. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to develop customized solutions for clients. Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Detail-oriented and organized to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
